Requirements

  • Enterprise plan subscription: The SSO feature is available exclusively for organizations on Flipsnack’s Enterprise plan.
  • Compatible identity provider: Flipsnack supports SSO integration with providers using SAML, OAuth, or OpenID protocols. Supported platforms include Okta, Azure Active Directory, ADFS, and Google Workspace.

How SSO works in Flipsnack

When SSO is enabled, employees can sign in to Flipsnack using their company credentials without needing a separate password. The authentication process is managed by your organization's identity provider, which verifies credentials and grants access accordingly.

At Flipsnack, we offer three distinct SSO options for our customers:

  • SSO for Users – Designed for teammates who create, edit, or manage flipbooks.
  • SSO for Readers – Provides restricted access for individuals who need to view specific flipbooks within Flipsnack.
  • SSO for Viewers – Allows access to flipbooks via a secure direct link without requiring a Flipsnack account.
