Keep in mind that they can only be added to starting row no. 2. Adding special characters to row no. 1 will result in inconsistencies, as we use information added to row no. 1 as a base to read the data set.

How does Flipsnack read my spreadsheet?
Flipsnack reads the first row and the data added to the columns in your spreadsheet. This is why it’s recommended to maintain the same names and order for the columns after mapping the document in Automation. Editing any information in the first row will break the connection between your spreadsheet and Flipsnack. Additionally, changing the SKU for a product will result in the same behaviour.
