File size limits
Uploads have storage limits depending on the file type:

Images and audio files: up to 20 MB

SVG files: up to 1 MB
-
Video files: up to 1 GB

To upload an image in Flipsnack's Design Studio, you first need to create a new design or open an existing flipbook. Once inside the editor, you can add images through the Uploads tab located in the left-side panel.
From there, click Upload media or simply drag and drop your files directly into the Uploads panel.
Note: Flipsnack supports the following file formats for uploads: JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4

Turn uploaded images into motion with AI
Once your image is uploaded, you can enhance it using Living visuals (AI Animate).
Select the image on your page and look for the AI Animate icon in the top toolbar. This feature allows you to transform a static image into subtle motion directly inside your flipbook.
The generated result behaves like a video widget, meaning you can customize playback settings just like you would with a standard video element.
