Can I add teammates, and what roles can they have?

Yes, you can add teammates to a Flipsnack workspace and assign them different roles and permissions, starting with the Business plan. Downgrading to a plan without team support deactivates all teammates automatically, and Flipsnack notifies affected users by email.

If you transition between plans, please note the following teammate allocation policies:
- When downgrading from a plan that supports teammates to one that doesn't, all teammates will be automatically deactivated
- When moving to a plan with reduced teammate capacity (e.g., from Enterprise with 8 members to Business plan with 4), you'll have the option to select which members to retain
Important: In any case, when we deactivate teammates, we notify users via email.
