How to send Flipsnack contacts to Constant Contact via Zapier

Zapier sends every form submission from your flipbook straight into a Constant Contact list. No copy and paste.

Every trigger and action pairing is listed on the Flipsnack and Constant Contact page on Zapier.

Connecting Flipsnack to Zapier is the same for every automation, so follow our Zapier setup guide.

For the Event, pick New Contact Form Data, or New Lead Form Data for lead forms. Both fire instantly.

1. Choose Constant Contact as the Action app.

2. Pick the Find or Create Contact event.

3. Log in and authorize Zapier.

Note: Three actions look similar. Pick the right one.

Find or Create Contact is the safe default. Repeat submitters will not error.
Create Contact fails if the person already exists.
Add Contact to List needs a Contact ID, so it only works on existing contacts.

1. Map Email to your form's email field. Required.

2. Set Create Source. Also required.

3. Pick your List, then map any other fields your form collects.

4. Click Test step, then Publish.

Trigger test finds no data: submit the form once. Zapier tests against real submissions.

Duplicate contact error: switch to Find or Create Contact.

Contacts land on no list: the List field is optional in Zapier and easy to skip.

Can I use quiz results instead? Yes, swap the trigger to New Quiz Data.

Can I add contacts to several lists? Yes, add an Add Contact to List step after the first one.

Can I tag by flipbook? Yes, add a Tag Contact step.

Do I embed anything in Constant Contact? No, this runs entirely through Zapier.
