How to Approve or Revoke Flipsnack Access in Your Account

Managing access to your Flipsnack workspace is simple. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to approve access when required and how to revoke it early if needed.

Approving Flipsnack Access

When Flipsnack needs access to your account—for example, for customer support, troubleshooting, or workspace-level setup—you’ll need to manually approve it. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings:
    Log in to your Flipsnack account and click on your avatar or initials in the top right corner. Select “Settings” from the dropdown.

  2. Navigate to Workspace Access:
    On the left-hand sidebar, choose “Workspace Access”.

  3. Approve Flipsnack Access:
    You will see a button labelled “Approve Flipsnack Access”. Click this to grant the Flipsnack team access to your workspace.

Note: Access is granted by default for 30 days. After this period, it is automatically revoked without any additional action from you.

Revoking Access Early

If you decide to withdraw access before the 30-day period ends, you can revoke it at any time using the same process:

  1. Settings → Workspace Access

  2. Instead of “Approve,” the button will now read “Revoke Flipsnack Access.”

  3. Click the button to immediately terminate access.

This gives you full control and transparency over when and how Flipsnack can view your account.

Why This Matters

Giving temporary access helps the Flipsnack team assist you more efficiently, whether it’s resolving technical issues, configuring settings, or reviewing workspace behaviour. But it also ensures your privacy is respected, with automatic expiration and manual control always available.
