      How can I cancel my free trial?

      The free trial at Flipsnack expires after 14 days.

      Upon creating an account with Flipsnack, you will receive a complimentary 14-day premium trial, which requires no payment information. To cancel this trial, you must delete your Flipsnack account.

      Steps to cancel your free trial:

      1. Log in to your Flipsnack account.
      2. Click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner and go to My Account.
      3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account.
      4. Confirm the deletion by following the prompts.

      Important:

      • Deleting your account is the only way to cancel the free trial.
      • Make sure to complete this process before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
      • Once your account is deleted, all your flipbooks and data will be permanently removed.
