How to get Enterprise plan pricing and request a quote

Custom pricing, payment options, and how to reach Sales for a tailored Enterprise proposal.

Table of contents

Overview

The Enterprise plan is priced individually rather than from a public price list, because what it costs depends on how many people will use it, what you need it to connect to, and which security and customization requirements you have to meet. Instead of picking a package off the pricing page, you have a short conversation with our Sales team and get a proposal built around your organization.

This article explains how Enterprise pricing is put together, which payment cycles and methods are available, and how to ask for a quote so the first reply you get is a useful one.

Requirements

  • Anyone can request an Enterprise quote — you do not need an existing paid plan.
  • Enterprise changes and upgrades are handled by Sales, not from the in-app Upgrade button.

Use cases

  • A publishing team that has outgrown per-seat plans and needs unlimited users in one workspace.
  • A retailer producing very large catalogs — Enterprise supports up to 3,000 pages per flipbook, against 500 on Business and Team.
  • An organization whose procurement rules require a formal quote, a yearly invoice, and payment by wire or check rather than a card.
  • A marketing team that needs advanced customization, a custom domain, or dedicated support alongside the product itself.

How Enterprise pricing works

  • Pricing is custom. Enterprise pricing is not published, and quotes are tailored to each organization based on its needs.
  • You are quoted after a consultation. The figure comes out of a conversation about your use case, not from a standard rate card.
  • Individual features are not sold separately. Capabilities such as embed code are available across premium plans and are not gated behind an Enterprise-only fee. What Enterprise adds is unlimited flipbooks, unlimited users, up to 3,000 pages per flipbook, advanced customization, and dedicated support.

Payment cycles and accepted payment methods

  • Monthly or annual. You can choose either. Annual payment carries a significant discount, as it does on every Flipsnack plan.
  • Cards. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, processed by Stripe.
  • ACH, wire transfer, and check. Available for yearly Enterprise subscriptions only — not on monthly Enterprise, and not on any other plan.
  • PayPal. Available only to legacy workspaces that were already paying by PayPal. New subscriptions cannot start on PayPal.

Important: If your procurement process requires payment by wire, ACH, or check, you need to be on a yearly Enterprise subscription. Raise this early so the quote is issued on the right billing cycle.

How to request a quote

  • Open the Pricing page and click Contact sales to open the request form.
  • Describe your use case and requirements, so the team can tailor the offer rather than send a generic reply.
  • Submit the form. A sales specialist follows up to arrange a personalized demo or a meeting to walk through pricing and features together.
  • If you would rather start from a conversation, contact the Flipsnack team directly or reach us through the live chat.

What to prepare before you contact Sales

Having these four answers ready is the difference between a quote in one exchange and a quote in five:

  • Seats: the expected number of users who need access.
  • Requirements: any customizations, integrations, or security needs.
  • Billing cycle: monthly or yearly.
  • Payment method: card, ACH, wire, or check — remembering that the last three apply to yearly Enterprise only.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Enterprise pricing not listed on the pricing page?
Because it is built per organization. Seat count, customization, integrations, and support needs vary enough that a single published figure would not be accurate for anyone.

Is annual really cheaper?
Yes, on every plan. On our published plans the annual saving ranges from about 19% to 54% of what you would pay billing monthly, and Enterprise carries a significant annual discount too.

Can I pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes, on a yearly Enterprise subscription — ACH, wire transfer, and check are all supported.

Do I need Enterprise just to get embed code?
No. Embed code is available across premium plans.

Can I see the product before committing?
Yes. You can request a personalized demo or schedule a meeting with a sales specialist as part of the quote process.
