Overview

Flipsnack allows you and your real estate agents to create interactive, page-flipping property brochures directly from your MLS data. Before generating brochures, a connection between your MLS and Flipsnack must be established by our team.

How the connection works

There are two ways to connect your MLS to Flipsnack, depending on your access level and MLS provider.

Option 1: Direct credentials

If you have access to your MLS Endpoint/URL and Server Token, our team can set up the connection directly within your account. This is the faster of the two options.

Option 2: Flipsnack vendor connection

If you don't have direct access to MLS credentials, Flipsnack can connect to your MLS by registering as an approved vendor. This process typically involves a three-way agreement between you, Flipsnack, and your MLS provider.

Flipsnack is currently integrated with a growing list of MLS providers, including:

• Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS®
