Going from a premium user to a free user

What happens when my subscription expires?

When you go from a premium user to a free one, all your existing flipbooks remain premium for a grace period of 21 days.

This means that for 21 days, your account will go free, but all your flipbooks won’t suffer any free limitations (they will still display all the pages of your publications, interactions will work, no watermark, etc.) even though your account becomes free, and you cannot create any new publications, add or edit any premium features.

After the 21-days grace period, your account will be frozen, and you will no longer have access to edit any of your flipbooks. Also, the flipbooks you've shared will no longer work. The embedded flipbooks will get watermarked, and only the first 30 pages will be displayed.

You will still be able to log into your account and make changes in your Account Settings but will have to upgrade to keep using Flipsnack.

Important: Everything you've created in Flipsnack will remain in your account for 12 months. After this period, your account will be removed.

Your published as Unlisted, Password-protected, or the ones Shared with specific people will remain the same during this period of time. After the grace period, if you don't upgrade, they will stop working.

If, during the grace period or at any time in the future, you decide to repurchase a premium subscription, your account will become fully premium again.

Note: The downloaded HTML5 catalog for offline use or self-hosting will never get the free user limitations if you have it saved on your computer.
