Discover what happens if you cancel or do not renew your premium subscription
When you downgrade from a premium account to a free one, your existing flipbooks will remain premium for a 21-day grace period.
During these 21 days, your account will switch to free status, but your flipbooks will continue to enjoy all premium features. This means they will still display all interactions, and no watermarks will appear. However, while your flipbooks remain premium, you will not be able to create new publications or add/edit premium features.
You can still log into your account and make changes to your Account Settings, but to continue using Flipsnack with full access, you’ll need to upgrade your account again.
What happens after the grace period?
After the 21-day grace period, your account will be frozen, and you will lose access to edit your flipbooks. Additionally, any flipbooks you’ve shared will no longer be visible.
If you choose to upgrade to a premium subscription during the grace period or at any time in the future, your account will be fully restored with all premium features.
Note: The downloaded HTML5 catalog for offline use or self-hosting will never get the grace period limitations if you have it saved on your computer.
What happens if I don’t buy a subscription after 12 months?
Your creations will remain safely stored in your account for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to decide on the best plan for your needs.
Upgrading within this period ensures you keep everything and continue enjoying all of Flipsnack’s features.
Important: Everything you've created in Flipsnack will remain in your account for 12 months. After this period, your account will be removed.
