Flipsnack's Terms of Service set the conditions for using the platform, covering account responsibilities, intellectual property, prohibited activities, subscriptions and fees, and account termination. Users keep ownership of their content but grant Flipsnack a license to display and distribute it as part of the service.
Use of service
Flipsnack grants a limited license to use the service. Users must be at least 13 years old and agree not to misuse the service, including engaging in illegal activities or violating intellectual property rights.
Account information
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the security of their accounts. They are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.
Intellectual property rights
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Flipsnack a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it as part of providing the service.
Prohibited activities
Users must not:
- Engage in hacking, spamming, or posting illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Misrepresent their identity or affiliation
Subscriptions and fees
Flipsnack offers various subscription plans. Subscription details include auto-renewal terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies. Users are responsible for any applicable fees and must cancel subscriptions before renewal dates to avoid charges.
Termination
Flipsnack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms of service. Users can also terminate their accounts by contacting Flipsnack support.
Limitation of liability
Flipsnack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
