Upcoming - Rolling out gradually starting September
We’re really excited about something big we’ve been working on: Flipsnack’s new look. Our goal is to give the app a cleaner, modern design that makes customizing flipbooks easier than ever.
It will start with the new Flipbook overview and Analytics pages. Next up is the Customize page, fully redesigned for a smoother, more intuitive editing flow. Clearer UI, regrouped options, less clutter, everything built to help you work faster.
From there, the new design will expand to the Dashboard and eventually every page in the app. A fresh, modern experience, consistent across Flipsnack with improved workflows and those small touches that make it a joy to use.

Until now, Flipsnack has given you a solid set of statistics to understand how your flipbooks perform. With Analytics 2.0, we’re taking that foundation much further and turning raw data into real insights you can act on.
With this update, you’ll get AI-driven insights that turn numbers into clear recommendations, heatmaps showing exactly where readers click and spend time, and a performance list that ranks all your flipbooks by views, impressions, and more.

You can now schedule draft updates to go live at a specific date and time. This feature is perfect for campaigns or product launches, removing the need for manual publishing. With the ability to schedule publishing, updating, and deactivation, you have full control over your content timeline.

📖 Vector flipbook texts

We’re excited to announce that Vector texts are now available in Beta. Text in the Flipsnack player is rendered as vectors, so it stays crisp and clear at any zoom level. This means easier reading and a more professional look, especially for detailed or small fonts.
Since this feature is still in Beta, PDF uploads may take a bit longer, and loading in the player can be slower compared to the old version. Once these are optimized, vector texts will become the default for all flipbooks.

👥 Teammates usage reports

We’re introducing Usage Reports, a new way to get full visibility into how your organization and teammates use Flipsnack. 📋 Context menu for flipbooks
September 7, 2025
Readers can now right-click inside the flipbook player to instantly access quick actions. With just one click they can share a flipbook, download it, print it, or switch to fullscreen mode without searching through menus.
This addition makes navigation faster and the reading experience more intuitive. And there is more: soon, readers will also be able to copy and share selected text directly from the flipbook, making content even easier to distribute and reference.

🔒 Share private flipbooks with SSO groups

When sharing documents internally, not every piece of content should be visible to everyone. With Flipsnack’s Single Sign-On (SSO) for viewers, your organization can securely distribute flipbooks to internal members without requiring a Flipsnack account.
We are now making this even more flexible. You can share private flipbooks directly with specific SSO groups, ensuring only the right teams or departments such as stakeholders or marketing have access. This keeps distribution secure, simple, and free from manual permission management.
