Discover what happens if you cancel or do not renew your premium subscription
The 21-day grace period
When you downgrade from a Premium plan to a Free account, all your existing flipbooks retain their premium features for a 21-day grace period.
-
-
Account status: Your account immediately switches to Free.
-
Flipbook status: Your flipbooks continue displaying premium features, such as interactivity and no watermarks, during the 21 days.
-
Creation and editing limits: You cannot create new publications or add/edit premium features, but existing flipbooks remain visible and intact for now.
-
After the grace period
Once the grace period ends:
-
Your account will be locked, and you will no longer have access to view, edit, or download your flipbooks.
-
Any shared flipbooks will be deactivated and become invisible to others.
-
All content remains stored, but it is completely inaccessible until you upgrade again.
Note: This means you will not be able to open, preview, or interact with any of your previously created content unless you reactivate a premium plan.
Storage and deletion timeline
- 12-month storage
Your creations stay securely stored in your account for up to 12 months, giving you ample time to consider which plan suits your needs best. - Permanent deletion
After 12 months without an active subscription, your account and all associated content will be permanently deleted.
Any downloaded HTML5 catalog (used offline or self-hosted) is not subject to these grace period restrictions. If you have already saved an HTML5 catalog to your computer, you can continue using it without limitations.
