How it works

- When someone opens your flipbook (either via a direct link or embedded on your site), the content is loaded from Flipsnack, not from your infrastructure.
What about embedded flipbooks?
When you embed a flipbook on your website, your site displays it — very similar to how an embedded YouTube video works.
- The file is still stored and served entirely by Flipsnack.
- There’s no server resource draw or performance impact on your hosting.
Exceptions
The only case where Flipsnack may interact with your systems is if you set up a specific integration (e.g., API connection, Single Sign-On, CRM integration). In those cases, the connection is intentional and secure.
