We have decided to operate on a modified schedule after analysing the busiest and slowest times of our support agents.
There are very few support requests at certain hours and especially during the weekend, so we have adapted the schedule accordingly. The new program is:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 11:00pm GMT
Monday - Friday, Phone 3pm - 11pm GMT
