We have decided to operate on a modified schedule after analyzing our support agents' busiest and slowest times.
There are very few support requests at certain hours, especially during the weekend, so we have adapted the schedule accordingly. The new program is:
Monday - Friday, 6 am - 11 pm GMT
Monday - Friday, Phone 3 pm - 10 pm GMT
