We have a new schedule for live chat and phone support.
After carefully examining the peak and off-peak periods of our support agents, we have made adjustments to our operating schedule.
Support requests are minimal during specific hours, particularly on weekends, prompting us to adjust our schedule accordingly. The support working hours are:

Monday - Friday, 6 am - 11 pm GMT
Phone line:
Monday - Friday, 2 pm - 9 pm GMT
