What can you do with a free premium trial account in Flipsnack?

During your 14-day premium trial, you can explore nearly all the features available in Flipsnack’s highest-tier plans. This allows you to test the platform in real publishing scenarios - designing, sharing, and analyzing your flipbooks with minimal restrictions.

Here’s what you can do with a free premium trial account:

  • Upload up to 1000 PDFs or create flipbooks from scratch in Design Studio
  • Save from-scratch flipbooks as templates
  • Share flipbooks via link, email, social media, QR code, or website embed
  • Schedule publication and set visibility settings
  • Add interactions like links, product tags, videos, forms, or social buttons
  • Upload and apply your brand kit (fonts, logos, colors, domains, favicon, header/footer)
  • Use advanced privacy settings (2FA, domain restrictions, SSO read-only access)
  • Track performance with built-in analytics and Google Analytics
  • Manage users, assign roles, and view teammate activity logs

Basically, the trial gives you access to most of our Enterprise features, with a few exceptions.

Trial version limitations

Here are some of the limitations of the trial version:

  • Your flipbooks are limited to a maximum of 100 pages. If your uploaded PDF has more than 100 pages, only the first 100 will be displayed when sharing it.
  • Downloading your flipbooks is disabled for all formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, or HTML5.
  • You won’t be able to upload SVG files or videos to the media library
  • You won’t be able to use iframe embeds in your flipbooks ( virtual tours, maps, surveys, and more);
  • You won’t be able to add Pop-up frames (insert custom code in pop-ups) in your flipbooks.
  • You won't be able to manage multiple teams, brands, and workspaces.

What happens after my trial version expires?

Once your 14-day trial ends:

  • You’ll see a warning message when logging in, stating that your flipbooks are no longer accessible
  • The message includes a link to view pricing or contact support via live chat

Important: Your account remains active for 12 months after the trial ends. If you upgrade to a paid plan during that time, your flipbooks will be reactivated automatically.

What if I embedded my flipbook during the trial period?

Your account flipbooks will be deactivated, so any embedded flipbooks will stop working or loading on your website.
