Since your purchase was registered directly by the publisher, you should ask the publisher for a refund, if needed. The contact information of the publisher will appear in your email purchase confirmation.
On Flipsnack, the publisher is responsible to address to the reader’s complaints and refund requests. The only complaints we can take into consideration are potential fraudulent transactions or copyright infringement. All else must be resolved between the reader and the seller. We will not entertain matters where the buyers are just disappointed with the purchase.
The publisher can issue a refund on Stripe, from the Dashboard and the request will be processed immediately. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. Also, the customer sees the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on how fast the bank operates.
