How to add/replace a PDF file in a flipbook and keep the same share link

If you made a flipbook and already shared it with other people you might find yourself in a situation where you want to add a second PDF or simply spot a typo and wish to correct it by replacing the PDF. This is very easy to do if you follow these steps.

  1. On the My collections page, click on the Edit button for the flipbook in question and then go to the bottom of the page and select “Upload files to flipbook”.
  2. Select one or more files from one of your folders.
  3. The file(s) that you uploaded will be automatically merged to the other pages of your publication, so you’ll find them at the end of the flipbook. However, if you want to change the order of the files, go to Widget - which is the last button on the left side - and then, on the right side you’ll see Organize files (just drag and drop them). You can also uncheck the box “Merge all files into one”.

That’s it, you can now Preview and publish your edited flipbook while keeping the same link. If you wish to replace a PDF entirely, the process is the same: upload the new PDF file and then go to Organize files, where you’ll see the delete option. That way, the new file replaces the old one and again the link remains unchanged.

After finishing in the widget, there is no SAVE or FINISH button. How does one complete the process?

The Save/Finish button should be in the upper right corner of the website, if you don't see it could you perhaps try in a different browser? Also make sure you're not zoomed in your browser, that might cause the issue.
