If you made a purchase and you did not receive the invoice by email and want to download it to your computer then you must follow these instructions:
- Log into your account then in the header on the right side go to Hello (your username), click it, then in the drop-down select Account options.
- On the Account options page click on Transactions.
- Select the transaction you want then on the right side click on Invoice to view the invoice, where you can fill in your details such as Name, Country, State, City, Street address, and Zip number.
- After you filled in the boxes Save it and click on Download Invoice to get the invoice.
