Starting today, we have a new schedule for live chat and phone support. We have decided to operate on a modified schedule after analyzing the busiest and slowest times of our support agents.
There are very few support requests at certain hours and especially during the weekend, so we have adapted the schedule accordingly. The new program is:
Monday-Friday, 5am - 11:59pm GMT / 12am-4pm & 10pm-12am PDT
Monday-Friday, Phone 8am-4pm PDT
