Overview
Usage report give workspace admins a centralized way to track teammate activity in Flipsnack. Instead of relying on manual exports or custom CSVs, you can now download activity report instantly or schedule automated emails to receive them regularly.
These report are especially useful for large organizations that need data on license usage, and productivity across multiple workspaces.
Key benefits:
Usage reports are designed with real-world needs in mind. This section highlights how organizations can apply reports to solve everyday challenges, from managing global teams to proving ROI. Here are the most common ways you can benefit from them:
-
Centralized reporting for global visibility: Enterprises with thousands of teammates worldwide can now oversee activity across all workspaces in one place. A global retail company can track adoption across regions and understand how Flipsnack helps local teams produce marketing materials.
-
Performance insight: Team leads can monitor the number of flipbooks or bookshelves created and published by each teammate. Sales teams often rely on collaterals to close deals. With usage reports, a VP of Sales can quickly see which teammates are actively creating and sharing sales materials, and which regions need more support.
-
Procurement & ROI: IT or procurement departments often need data to justify enterprise license spending. A financial institution investing heavily in Flipsnack can use these reports to demonstrate ROI, showing how many documents are created and published each month and aligning spend with real usage.
-
Automated reporting: Admins no longer need to handle reports manually. Team leaders can receive automated monthly reports by email, with consistent visibility without relying on workspace admins to share data.
