Flipsnack allows Enterprise users to fully customize their emails when sending flipbooks. With custom email settings, you can personalize your emails with your logo, colors, branding elements, and sender details, ensuring every communication aligns with your brand identity.

  • Plan: Available for Enterprise plan only.
  • Target audience: marketing teams, sales departments, and customer support teams in B2B organizations.

Accessing email branding settings

To access custom email settings in Flipsnack:

  • Log in to your Flipsnack account.
  • Navigate to My Flipbooks.
  • Select a flipbook and click Details.
  • Click Send Email in the side menu.

Alternatively, you can access Send Email from the Share option in My Flipbooks (available for published flipbooks, drafts, or those in a bookshelf).

Tip: As an admin, if you are an Enterprise or Organization user, you can use Feature Management to block this feature, so that members in your workspace are not allowed to use it.

Customizing your email settings

How to customize your email

  • Open Send Email from either the Details page or the Share menu.
  • Enter recipient email addresses manually or upload a CSV file (up to 1000 addresses for Enterprise users).
  • Modify the subject line, title, and description to personalize the message.

Email customization options

Customize the email appearance to align with your brand:

  • Upload your company logo to be displayed in the email header.
  • Set a background color that matches your branding.
  • Customize the accent color for buttons and titles.
  • Edit the footer description to include company information or links.
  • Save settings for future emails to maintain consistency.

Sending emails through an external provider

Enterprise users can send fully branded emails through their own Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Mailgun accounts:

  • Connect Flipsnack to Amazon Web Services or Mailgun for external email sending.
  • This allows emails to be delivered using your email server, ensuring full control over email health and security.

Tip: Here's a great way to personalize the sender's email and replace the "noreply@flipsnack" with your own.

  1. Edit / personalize the email in Flipsnack.
  2. Send it to yourself by entering your email address.
  3. Open the email, and click forward.
  4. Remove the From, To, and Subject lines plus anything else sitting above the email created in Flipsnack.
  5. Enter the email addresses of the recipients and send the email.
